Protect a Wall hanging instructions

Tools/ hardware

1. Four or five j-jooks or eyebolts

2. Four or five bungee cords or rope

3. 16’ length of chain. ***

  1. Place a j-hook into your rafter.

 

                      

 

  1. Run the bungee cords from the j-hook or eyebolt.

 

                     

 

  1. Hang tarp from bungees or rope.

 

                     

 

* Make sure that you hang tarp at least 16” from the wall to allow for the pockets.

** If you have purchased a crank assembly, we have found that it is easier to slide the pipe in when the tarp is hanging up. 

***  A length of chain running along the bottom seems to work best to help weigh the tarp down.  Other options would be an aluminum pipe, PVC pipe or even a length of rebar.
